First Time Users

Easily enroll for this free service within our Online Banking site.

When you first login to your City & Police account online, you may be prompted to sign up for Bill Pay. If you are not prompted, or this is not your first time logging in to your account online, follow these steps:

  • Login to Online Banking
  • Click on the Bill Pay tab
  • Follow the onscreen prompts to complete registration
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions disclosure


This will initiate the approval process, which may take up to three business days. Once the administrator approves the registration, you will receive an approval email. Within 24 hours of Bill Pay approval, you’ll receive an email stating your Bill Pay access has been enabled. You may then begin setting up your bill payment account(s).
