First Time Users
- Look for the Login Box on our homepage:
- Username = Member number
- Password = Last 4 digits of primary member’s SSN
- Verify your personal information
- Add your email address
- Create a new Username & Password
- Opt to have the verification code sent to your email address, or choose to add a phone number
- Once the verification code is received, type the code into the blank box, and select either:
- YES, Register My Computer (if using a private computer), or
- NO, This is a Public Computer (if using a shared computer)
If you select the Public Computer option, you will need to complete the verification code process again the next time you login.
