Yes, we have ATMs at each of our 5 Jacksonville locations. These are surcharge-free ATMs for members. City & Police also belongs to Credit Union 24’s surcharge-free program which gives you access to over 70,000 surcharge-free ATM terminals nationwide. Before using Mobile Banking for the first time, you’ll need to enroll in Online Banking. Please follow the instructions on this page, and then download the City & Police Mobile Banking App from either the GooglePlay or App store. Once your Online Banking username and password are established, you’ll be able to login to Mobile Banking.
Access your account anytime through Tellerline24 by dialing 904-353-2240, option 1. If you forget your personal identification number (PIN) or are a new user, contact Member Services.
