Update: Core Conversion Moved to April 30

In our continued commitment to providing a seamless and positive experience for our valued members, we have decided to push our conversion date back to April 30th, rather than the originally scheduled March 31st.

This decision has been made with an abundance of caution, ensuring that every step of the transition is as smooth as possible for you. While we work through the final stages of this update, you can continue to use all of your existing services without interruption.

We understand how important this transition is, and we are committed to keeping you informed every step of the way. Please be sure to check the City & Police and Alive websites for updates as we move closer to the new date.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We look forward to bringing you enhanced services and an even better experience in the near future!

Merger Update: Our Conversion is Approaching!

As we approach our merger conversion date, we’d like to share some important reminders.

As mentioned last month, we’re making a transition to better serve you. The Sunbeam office will remain open through Friday, February 14th. Then, beginning Tuesday, February 18th, we’ll be ready to welcome you at our Baymeadows branch, just two miles away at 8367 Baymeadows Way. This location offers extended hours (Mon – Thurs: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM), drive-thru services, and an enhanced in-person banking experience. We understand that change takes some getting used to, but we’re confident this move will bring added convenience and improved service. We look forward to seeing you there!

Looking ahead, our official conversion date is set for March 31st. In the coming weeks, you’ll receive detailed information on how the transition will affect your accounts and banking services. While we’ll manage most of the process on our end, we’ll ensure you are well-informed and prepared for any actions you may need to take. Our goal is to make this transition as seamless and easy as possible, and we are here to assist with any questions you may have along the way.

We understand that these changes represent a significant transition, and we deeply appreciate your patience and support throughout this journey. We’re excited about what the future holds and remain committed to providing you with exceptional service every step of the way.
